Before Isaiah Morgan found his passion, he worked a '9 to 5' and literally ate whenever and whatever he wanted. Before he knew it he was 255 pounds and discouraged. He lacked energy, drive, and found himself sleeping a lot.
In 2019, Norquon decided he wanted to be the best version of himself that he could ever be. He wanted to feel happy and confident. He began training with his father, Norris, who taught him how to train correctly and with the proper form. With his consistency, he achieved a body and a physique he wanted and he had his energy, drive and happiness back. Now he's helping others do the same.
What's commitment and determination without a purpose? Norquon believes you're going to need more than just wanting a better body because there's always a chance you could quit. You need short-term and long-term goals.
In February 2020, Norquon won first place in his first bodybuilding competition. He works hard to come up with new eating plans and workouts in order to stay in the best shape possible.
