Norquon Isiah Morgan is a Certified personal trainer, Muay Thai Kickboxing instructor at Key Fitness, Actor and musician. Before he found his passion, From 2014-2018 he was working a 9-5 job and literally eating whenever and whatever he wanted and before he knew it he was 255 pounds and discouraged. Sadly he lost confidence in himself, lack of energy, drive, and found himself sleeping a lot , that being said, he was not happy nor was he healthy.
2019 Norquon decided he wanted to be the best version of himself that he could ever be, Yes you only get one life and he was not going to live it finding happiness elsewhere, he knew he needed to find it in himself. He wanted to feel happiness and confident. He began training with his father who is also a personal trainer at key fitness, he taught him how to train correctly and with the proper form. once he learned, he knew there wasn't any going back and with his consistency he achieved a body and a physique that many would dream of and before Norquon knew it he had his energy, drive and happiness back and threw it all he even learned new skills, discipline, Determination, self motivation and how to help others get the body they desire.
What's commitment and determination without a purpose? He believes your going to need more than just wanting a better body because there's always a chance you could quite, and we don't want that. He set himself short term and long term goals to kept it going. He decided to do a bodybuilding show, February 8th 2020 and I won (1st) place but then COVID19 came a month after, all gyms had shut down, he couldn't find any workout equipment or supplies due to the shortage. He didn't let it stop him, he worked hard to come up with new eating plans and workouts with or without equipment to get and stay in the best shape as possible and he said to himself "Id be wrong if I didn't show the world exactly what I found, learned and created". He created a easy to follow workout plan with meal prepping through MyFitnessPal.
