Offering classes specific to each trimester, enjoy a workout designed for your changing body! Exercise during pregnancy not only helps regulate your blood sugar, but can also help with morning sickness, joint and back pain, and may even result in an easier and shorter labor. Classes are designed where you will be working with other moms in the same stage of pregnancy. Our goal is that you will complete the class feeling empowered and supported, and hopefully have made some friends along the way. Classes are taught by our pre and postnatal fitness specialist, Bethany Barmer, who has little two boys of her own. She has been where you are and will be there for you through your new journey of motherhood.

Whether you've been working out for years, want to tone up, or just meet other moms in the area, this class is for you! It's your chance to get that workout in without feeling guilty of the sacrificed time with your littles. Babies as young as 6 weeks can be laid on a mat or held through the workout. Older toddlers may be held or "workout" alongside you. We know all too well the pressure society puts on us to get "back to pre-baby". This is a judgment-free space where we are all trying our best; being a mom is hard enough without the pressure from outside forces. Classes are taught by our own postnatal specialist, Bethany Barmer, who has two boys under 3 years old, and will be here to support and encourage you in this journey! They say it takes a village, so come and find your tribe!
