What if everything we’ve told about weight loss was wrong?
Don’t get me wrong, counting calories, diet books, and magic potions might work for some but…
For many women in menopause, they often don’t ( at least not in the long term).
My name is Norris and I am a certified personal trainer with a BS degree in the science of health and wellness. I am also an OCB (Organization of Competitive Bodybuilders) competed in over 50 bodybuilding events and is the owner of Key Fitness Nashville technology based gym/studio.
Although things are great for me now, things were once much different. In my practice in personal training I was challenged by women over 40. It was a hit or miss when helping them reach their goals and I didn’t understand why.
They worked out just as hard, sometimes even harder than everyone else and ate less. Many of them became frustrated, overwhelmed and simply ended up quitting.
I just really wanted to help these women get results.
But after training with many women in menopause who were not getting results over a long period of time, I made an unexpected discovery.
After persistent research, trial and error I realized that we have a fat burning switch that can be turned off or on. I developed a 3 step system that can help correct this issue.
And once I embraced this 3 step system the fat just melts off.
Naturally, I was surprised by my own results. So I thought why not run a beta group with some of my female clients that are over 40 to see if it would work
for them too.
And to my delight, it worked for most of them!
Obviously, there’s no single weight loss program that works for everyone, but I was so happy that this worked so well even for my clients. It even worked for those where obesity runs in their family or had tried almost everything with little to show for their efforts.
I knew I was onto something. And since then, I’ve been able to help over 1,200 women with this same discovery.
And because I’m on a mission to help as many people as I can to be happy and healthy...
